The Lung Transplant Foundation recently attended the American Thoracic Society (ATS) International Conference in Orlando, Florida. ATS is one of the premier professional events for healthcare professionals, researchers, and organizations focused on pulmonary care. The Lung Transplant Foundation attended the event as part of the ATS’s Patient Advisory Roundtable (PAR) program, and sponsored two PAR Abstract Scholarship Awards.
The Lung Transplant Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of the ATS PAR Abstract Scholarship Awards that we sponsored. ATS offers a limited number of abstract scholarships based on the quality of abstracts received and reviewed by the Assembly Program Committees. In order to be awarded, the applicant must have submitted a meritorious abstract to be presented at the ATS International Conference.
We are delighted to introduce you to Lucy Pu and Anya Sriram, the 2026 recipients of the ATS PAR Abstract Scholarship Award. Both Lucy and Anya are doing amazing work as young undergraduate scientists, and the Lung Transplant Foundation is very proud to be able to present their work on our website. Both of these outstanding young scholars will soon submit their work for journal publication.
