Kiera Hennessey

Kiera has dedicated much of her professional life to fostering compassion and care within her communities. Together with her husband, she operates two funeral homes, a legacy that has been passed through their families since the 1980s. In her role as Mentorship Program Coordinator & Support, Kiera has offered a range of emotional and practical support, including administrative management and resource provision. She aims to leverage these skills at the Lung Transplant Foundation, contributing to the ongoing efforts that have been established there.

Residing in Pennsylvania with her husband, son, daughter, and two border collies, Kiera not only applies her professional expertise to the Lung Transplant Foundation but also actively volunteers in various community initiatives. She recognizes the importance of investing time and effort into meaningful causes. Outside of her work and volunteer commitments, Kiera enjoys watching her children participate in sports, and taking trail runs with her dogs.
