Are you a non-profit leader passionate about advocacy, fundraising, and community support? The Lung Transplant Foundation is seeking an Executive Director to guide our organization into its next chapter of growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead fundraising, grant sourcing, and donor stewardship.
  • Partner with the Board to implement strategic plans.
  • Supervise staff, volunteers, and national advocacy/educational programs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent life experience) in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional non-profit management and fundraising experience.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work with our Board and community partners.

Salary Range: $75k – $110k based on experience and location.
