THANK YOU to everyone who came out for Casino Night and to all who helped to make the night a success.
More than 225 people came out to help the Lung Transplant Foundation raise $30,000 to help raise awareness, support research to improve long-term outcomes and provide patient services for the post lung transplant recipients and their families.
The third third annual Casino Night and Silent Auction was held at at Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, NC on November 5th and featured Vegas style games of chance such as craps, blackjack, roulette and Texas hold ‘em, all manned by professional dealers.
The Lung Transplant Foundation is the only national organization dedicated to helping raise awareness, supporting research to improve long-term outcomes and providing patient services for the post lung transplant recipients and their families. Although there have been advances in medical technology and donation, the demand for organ, eye and tissue donation still vastly exceeds the number of donors.
